This Book was created through the inspiration and integration of what was said in the survey, taking into account what she wanted to see. The Phoenix is a mythical creature that rises from the ashes similar to this courageous lady. 

The book is coffee-stained as it is what she gave her husband before telling him to leave, all the practice and therapy came down to one moment which is usually an act of love, focusing on that contradiction.

The book also looks to the different levels of healing through staining with ink, like the different forms of life at each level of the sea which was an important element for this individual.
This is also seen through the accordion-style book which allows both for the flow and breaks in pages (Days).
